There were interior upgrades done in 2010. This home is conveniently located within walking distance to the pier and ships and has easy beach access. Amenities include new HDTV, 2CCTVs, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, CH&A, ceiling fans throughout, screen porches and a roof deck. High speed Internet access, telephone, fireplace and outside shower rounds out this non-smoking home that shouldn’t be missed. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee.
