Beach Music Festival 2011 is being held on Battleship North Carolina on June 11th. A party like no other, the 2011 concert is in celebration of the Battleship's 50th anniversary of being moored in Wilmington. With the best view of downtown Wilmington overlooking the Cape Fear River. Gates will open at 10:00 am on Saturday, June 11, 2011, with the first act starting around noon. Tickets are $18 in advance on the event website or $22 the day of at the Visitor's Center ticket window. During the Music Festival, the Battleship and Visitor Center Store will remain open. Both concert and tours are rain or shine.
