Many new luxury beach houses have joined the Sloane Realty Vacations rental program already this year. Houses are located in all parts of the area from the canal to oceanfront. These new Ocean Isle beach houses all come fully stocked with new furniture and appliances. All units are non-smoking.

The Jolly Mon King Classic is coming back to Ocean Isle June 20 – 22. This one day tournament brings fun for the whole family allowing the participants to either fish on Saturday or Sunday so fisherman can enjoy a good day of fishing. The tournament strives to put emphasis on family fishing offering medals to all junior fishermen participating as well as a complimentary dinner for all anglers.

Being a lifetime resident of Ocean Isle Beach, there is nothing that I look forward to more than the Summer Concert Series hosted by the County Parks and Recreation. The concerts are a great time to bring friends and families together for good, old-fashioned fun.

If you have not attended any of the concerts, they are held on Ocean Isle Beach on East Second Street (next to the Museum of Coastal Carolina). Many bring lawn chairs, picnics and coolers to the event and make it a night to remember. They are held every Friday night beginning May 23 and runs through August 29.

Successful completetion of the program reflects a commitment to service and professional management.

The Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) sponsored the demanding series of professional development sessions, focusing on management, employee development, marketing, customer service, operational efficiency, and new industry products and services.

The VRMA Eastern Seminar brought together over 300 leaders of the vacation rental industry from throughout North America.

Sloane Realty Vacations is a fully accredited member of VRMA, the only professional trade association dedicated to improving the service and performance of the vacation rental industry.

Once your cross the bridge on to Ocean Isle Beach, you can not only see the beautiful ocean and Intracoastal Waterway but you can feel the fresh salt air. The Town of Ocean Isle Beach has added a well-planned roundabout at the end of Causeway Drive allowing for ease of traffic on to East and West First Streets. This roundabout will be beautifully landscaped with seasonal vegetation and palm trees (island style).
