Starboard by the Sea 250-7C

This unit needs some improvements. Here is a list of items/problems: The bed comforters in the dual queen bed room were dirty and haven't been washed in a long time. The bathroom attached to the queen bedroom toilet clogged twice. The AC is the queen bedroom was lacking. The toilet in the shared bathroom clogged twice. The dishwasher is broken and the bottom rack falls out of the machine. The curtain holder in the queen bedroom is broken and held up by cheap nails. There are no ceiling fans in the unit. The sink stopper in the shared bathroom does not work. There is no ice maker and the unit was turned over with no ice made. There are no linens included in the rental. Sloane's site was not operating and it did not allow anyone to leave a review of this property. There are better choices and I would not recommend this property.

We stayed at 2507C this past week. While the condo was great (a little outdated) for our family and we had a fantastic time, we were disappointed in Sloane Realty. Upon check in we received the key fab for the pool. After we unpacked we went to the pool only to be disappointed as the key fab didn't work :/ Long story short.... I spoke to Sloane Realty four times and stopped by the office - each time I got a different story. I don't think they ever tried to reach the owners of the condo to rectify the situation. I hope the owners are aware of this by now.
