Amazing! That is the word to describe this vacation. About five years ago we were looking for a beach rental that could accommodate our 11 year old daughter who is in a wheelchair. This was just built and I believe we were the first renters. Couldn’t believe we found a place right across from the handicap accessible wheelchair ramp, elevator, pool, my style in decor, enough rooms to house my family of 5 and my brothers family of 8. Even room for Aubrie’s aide to come if we wanted. Again…amazing! Aubrie is non verbal and does not ambulate on her own. The elevator is really important to us. She is now 16 and although she is short amd very thin she is still heavy to carry up and down steps amd it can be very dangerous at times. In this house we can eat upstairs, take the elevator to the second floor to hang out with cousins, take the elevators down to the bottom floor to go to the beach or out pool. It’s just so convenient! The kids love going to the beach to the pool to the mini golf in town to the ice cream shop, to the park (all walkable from house) and then some night swimming. I mean this place is AMAZING! Highly recommend 3waves! We have been going every year since 2019. The only negative thing I have to say is that the price creeps up every single year. I get it. They rented it for so cheap in 2019 because they had to get it booked up for the year. Now they are just trying to catch up to their competition. Even so we are about to be priced out. I’m very sad about this but I get it. Also each year after the first year there is always something that goes wrong. 2020 was Covid amd they were short staffed and the place was filthy when we got there. We had to clean ourselves. It was still worth it. 2021 there were tiny aunts around the sink. Maintenance came immediately amd fixed the problem. 2022 the kitchen faucet broke. Maintenance came immediately amd fixed it. 2023 the freezer broke and maintenance fixed immediately. This past year the intranet kept kicking us off and some of us work from here…maintenance after finding the router behind locked clover…yes fixed it. Oh and the washing machine stopped spinning and within 12 hour they were their and fixed it. The service is AMAZING! If I could meet the owners I would give them a huge hug and high five. They blessed us with a home away from home on this tiny little isle! The kids age from 17-7 and they love it. We love it here! Huge answer to prayer for us! Huge! ❤️🏖️☀️

Our family of seven absolutely LOVED this home!! It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed, had everything we needed. We all loved the proximity to the beach access, a short walk to the pier, and the cute little coffee shop just a five minute walk. The decks were all great for morning coffee or just relaxing and the pool was fantastic! We could not have found a better place to vacation. Hope to be back very soon to this wonderful place!
