Build sandcastles by day, sleep in Sandcastle at night! This is a well-loved and maintained home. Easy 3- minute walk down 30th street to beach access. Close to the pier and Sunset shops. Furnished front screen porch, table and chairs on loft deck, and a picnic table on the ground floor add to your living space. This could easily become the house you return to every summer. Sorry, no pets allowed.

One of our favorites!
We stayed here 1 week in the spring and have already booked it for another week this summer and again for next summer. It is very clean, well stocked and does not feel cramped. I am sure we will be back many times!!

Great house and pet friendly!!!
Great house, very clean and kitchen well stocked. Easy to take dog outside. Enjoyed the screened porch and upper deck! Hope to visit again soon.

Fantastic well kept property
Our family vacationed for the first time in Sunset and stayed in this home. I was very impressed with this house. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with kitchen items. The large screened in front porch was our favorite spot for hanging out and relaxing when we were not out and about. Highly recommend if you are considering vacationing here.

Wonderful Pet Friendly House on Sunset Beach, NC
We have stayed at this house several times and appreciate this lovely beach house, great for family members of all ages plus our dog! Highly recommended! Thanks!

Very nice, clean and comfortable

Our trip to Sunset beach is an annual golf trip for me and my son and a couple of buddies. This place was convenient and great for us.
