This pet-friendly ground level condo is a great golf and beach retreat.  It has a fairway view with ponds and native trees offering a tranquil setting.  The condo has one bedroom with 2 queen beds and a private bath.  The common area is expansive with adjoining living, kitchen and dining areas.  Complimentary WIFI is included and the condo has two televisions (You Tube TV) including a large screen and DVD in the living room area. The kitchen is fully-equipped with full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and range.  The dining area has a table with seating for four and a raised kitchen bar allowing additional seating for four.  Central heating and air conditioning throughout the condo provides year-round comfort.  Bring your dog with you on vacation as this condo allows pets (2 pet maximum/non-refundable pet fee applies).  Dogs are allowed on the beach on leash (allowed hours vary by season). Please note that this is a smoke-free condo.
A wrap-around patio is accessible from the living room and bedroom areas for outside enjoyment. The community has a pool, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site for recreational fun.  Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service provided.
