Wonderful view and condo!
We loved our stay at Channel Side Landing! This unit is a top floor, end unit with an intercoastal water way view and the view is GORGEOUS! The condo is very clean, spacious and was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the proximity to the beach at the Beaufort street public access. I was nervous upon booking and looking at a map that this condo was far from the beach- but it is literally a 2 minute walk and is so easy! We brought our beach wagon daily and there’s a wonderful sand mat on the end of the beach access that made rolling easy. Highly recommend renting beach chair and umbrella setup through Beachway Rentals. They have an online ordering system and we had an umbrella and chairs set up for us for beach days! Such a huge help when taking kids to the beach- less to carry/pack! The pool is beautiful, clean and easily accessible from this unit. The only suggestions I have for those staying: bring paper towels, toilet paper and soap. There was only one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and no soap. There are no curtains on the windows (there are nice blinds however) but the first floor bedroom faces out toward the parking area and there are very bright lights that pour in to the room at night. We hung a towel up to block the light for a simple fix but curtains would be nice in this area! Loved having the washer and dryer too! Overall wonderful stay and we will be back!
