Welcome to Sandy Pastures!  This is a brand new, custom built 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath. Just imagine what great memories you can create with 20 of your favorite friends & family members. Take time out of your beach day to enjoy the peak-a-boo views of the ocean and some glimpses of the east end of the island from the upper decks.  Sleep in style in our custom-built, Amish bedroom suits. Take a dip or splash around in the 12x26 in-ground pool. If it is too chilly outside between May 1 - November 1st. the pool is heated to 80 degrees for no additional charge, for the entirety of your visit.

First Floor:

• Secondary living space with a 65" smart TV, ceiling fan, sleeper sofa, loveseat and rocker/recliner
• Additional seating for 2 at custom built bar
• Master bedroom #1 - king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and a private bath with custom tiled step in shower.
• Bedroom #2 - Two full beds, ceiling fan, smart TV and private bath with step in shower
• Bedroom #3 has a set of 2 queen bunk beds (sleeps 8), ceiling fan, smart TV, private bath with a tub shower combo.  Closet has a pack and play, high chair and stroller. This is a perfect room for up to 8 children
• Full size washer & dryer on this floor
• Large covered back decks that offer awesome ocean views.  Ceiling fans on both back decks, Polywood rockers, pub chairs and wicker furniture with plush cushions

Second Floor:

• Fully stocked kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, 28 cubic foot refrigerator, quartz countertops, food pantry
