This traditional oceanfront cottage has been refreshed with new hard-surface flooring throughout, fresh paint in the family room and decorative kitchen stenciling. The larger of the two bathrooms has been renovated to offer new fixtures and cabinetry, including a double-sink vanity. A powder room has been added to the living area area for added convenience, in addition to two full baths. The central living area is flanked by four bedrooms – two on each side – that share full bathrooms. There is a half bathroom in the laundry room under the house.
The cottage sleeps 12 in four bedrooms with queen beds. There is one queen bed in each of the oceanfront bedrooms, and two queen beds in the other two rooms.

This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed.
