Advanced Rental Terms and Conditions

THIS IS NOT A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT

Sloane Realty Vacations, as the agent of the owner, has been authorized to tentatively reserve the vacation rental property described above on the terms contained within this reservation policy.

At the time of this booking request, the owner has authorized agent, Sloane Realty Vacations, to tentatively reserve the vacation rental property for the future calendar year. To hold the week, a 10% deposit plus the advance reservation fee will be required at booking. The deposit will apply towards the rental cost but is not transferable. If you cancel the reservation for any reason, your deposit will only be refunded if Sloane Realty Vacations can re-rent the Property for the corresponding week on the same terms, less a $150 cancellation fee, credit card processing fee (if applicable), and the advance reservation fee. The owner of the Property has agreed to submit an availability calendar to Sloane Realty Vacations by December 1 for the following rental year. If the owner does not make your week available for rental, you will be immediately notified, and your deposit will be refunded in full. Otherwise, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be sent to you in late December for your signature. In that event, your signed Vacation Rental Agreement and an additional 40% deposit will be due by January 15.
