Pet-Friendly Rentals on Ocean Isle Beach

Some Sloane homes on Ocean Isle Beach allow dogs, but most do not, so filter for pet-friendly Ocean Isle Beach rentals before booking. Dog-friendly homes charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. Service animals must be declared at booking. On the beach, the town's leash and pooper-scooper laws are enforced.

Are linens and towels included in Ocean Isle Beach rentals?

In most Sloane homes, guests bring their own bed and bath linens. Blue Ribbon and Linen Ready homes include bed and bath linens, but guests still bring beach towels. Linen service can be added to other homes for a fee if reserved in advance.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. A limited number of 2:00 p.m. early check-ins are available for $75 if requested at least 30 days before arrival. After-hours arrivals use a lockbox code.

Are there pet-friendly vacation rentals on Ocean Isle Beach?

Yes, but most Sloane homes do not allow pets. Use the pet-friendly filter to find dog-friendly homes, which charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee. Service animals must be declared when booking.

How does beach parking work on Ocean Isle Beach?

Ocean Isle Beach runs a paid parking program from April through October, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Parking is paid through an app and tracked by license plate. See the Ocean Isle Beach paid parking guide for details.

Can I leave beach chairs or tents on the beach overnight?

No. Personal items must be removed from the beach between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. or face a $50 penalty per offense. Cabanas, canopies and tents are not allowed, and campfires, camping and glass are prohibited on the beach.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel and the home is re-rented on the same terms, Sloane refunds your payments minus a $150 cancellation fee, any travel insurance purchased, credit card fees and applicable taxes. Optional Trip Preserver travel insurance covers events such as illness and hurricane evacuation. Full terms are on the rental policies page.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due 30 days before arrival. Reservations made within 45 days of arrival must be paid by credit card or certified funds.

What is the best time of year to visit Ocean Isle Beach?

There is truly never a bad time to visit Ocean Isle Beach. It all depends on what you enjoy doing. The Summer months are perfect for playing in the ocean and the various watersports that are available to you and your family. The Fall months are less crowded with still warm weather conditions, and the Winter season is wonderful to take a stroll on the beach, shopping, and dining at typically crowded restaurants. The Spring season brings the start of the beach-goers with warmer weather.
