Golf:
Guaranteed tee times at participating package courses. Non-participating courses may be added for an additional surcharge fee. Tee times are booked and confirmed in advance therefore golf vouchers cannot be issued before receipt of final payment. Non-golfer deductions apply for non-golfing days.
DEPOSITS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
A deposit of 50% is required for all reservations and due within 15 days of booking to confirm reservations. Payment in full is due 15 days prior to arrival. MasterCard, VISA, personal check and certified funds are accepted for payment. Failure to pay by due date may result in forfeiture of reservation or inability to book desired courses. In the event of cancellation, deposits are refunded less a 15% cancellation fee plus any course charges incurred if cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival. Courses require a 72 hour cancellation notice per foursome and a 30 day notice for groups of 20 or more golfers. No refunds are issued for unused portion of package. If a course is closed due to inclement weather, it is standard course policy to issue rain checks for cancelled round of play.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is 4PM. Office hours vary by season. Your reservation specialist will be able to advise you on late check-in procedures. Villas are cleaned and inspected before each arrival. If rooms are available early, guests are welcome to check-in earlier. Two keys are issued upon arrival. If you are locked out of your villa, you may borrow a key during regular office hours. After hours, call the emergency pager number issued upon check-in for assistance. A $20 fee is due at the time after-hours lockout service is rendered.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out time is 10AM. Please secure all doors, turn off appliances, heat/air, remove trash and wash dishes before leaving. Keys must be returned to the rental office or the on-site key drop box location. There will be a $5 charge per key for keys not returned. LATE CHECK-OUTS are not permitted and will result in a charge to your account equivalent to one nights stay. Please report any damage before leaving. Property is inspected immediately upon check-out. Charges to a guest's credit card may include but are not limited to: damages over and above normal wear and tear, theft, phone charges, excessive clean-up requirements and key charges.
PETS:
A limited number of pet-friendly accommodations are available. All other properties do NOT ALLOW PETS. Violation of the no pet policy will result in a charge to your credit card and you will be required to vacate the premises.
HOUSEKEEPING:
Complimentary departure housekeeping is provided for all guests.

Re-book before you leave and receive a 10% Early Bird Discount on your next stay. AAA and AARP members receive a 10% discount on accommodation portion of stay. Group leader of 20 or more golfers stays FREE (excluding cart fees).
