Best New Year's
This house is perfect for family gatherings!! With the 5 bedrooms we were able to have 4 families stay together. Granny was upstairs in her own room /bathroom too! Each family had a room and the older kids all loved staying in the bunk room. There was even a single pull out bed in granny's room for small kids to "sleepover" with her. We loved the upper deck every morning for our coffee. The design kept the wind from hitting us from the west as the deck faces due south. We hear you can see the Artemis launch in Cape Canaveral from this spot at night. Happy hours on the deck are super as you have a 180 degree view of the ocean as the house in front is only 1 story!! This place is a hidden gem. Beach access is literally across the street with the pool. We look forward to making this house our family tradition!!
