Each bedroom will enjoy the privacy of their own bath. You and your guests will enjoy the large decks and seating areas arranged to take in the amazing views of the beach and beyond. Take a dip in the 35 foot in ground swimming pool  that is shared with the other side of the duplex.This duplex is centrally located on the island and within walking distance to the pier and putt-putt. This beach home is perfect for a large family ready to enjoy a beach vacation. It is part of our linen program meaning all beds will be made and bath towels are provided. All you need to bring is beach & pool towels! Newly remodeled walkway to the beach complete with a sitting area, enlarged living room and a new bedroom and bath.

Good time had by all
We really enjoyed this property with extended family. The outside area and pool provided hours of entertainment . Only suggestion would be if there could be a gate going between the two properties on deck. We do realize there are different owners but assume it is rented frequently by large families like ours ( renting both sides ). Loved the proximity of Ocean Isle to the store , activities etc. We would return!

GREAT VALUE
My family enjoyed the location of this property; There was a huge amount of deck space for plenty of people to sit, and the additional seating space by the lighted pool helped our family enjoy day and night. All of the mattresses had 2016 manufacture dates, carpet was new, and all bathrooms have been updated. Flat-screen TV's were thru-out the house, and the property is positioned where there is more privacy on the beach than most houses. The owners are up-dating the house every year. This year, we notice 2 new swivel-rockers, 1 new master dresser, and new pool furniture. We can't wait to return next year!!!!! GREAT TIME!!
