The primary bedroom and ensuite is also on the top floor as well as the laundry. For your convenience, the home offers an elevator and it services all levels. Guests have access to the pool shared by small community of Houses. All bed and bath linens are provided as well as all beds are made prior to guests arriving. NO Smoking and NO Pets Allowed.

Our family has a forty-year history at OIB and this rental is one of our favorites. There is much to like. The second floor bedrooms were laid out well and the beds were comfortable. The third floor bedroom was comfy, the kitchen was fine, and the living area was good. The garage was opened for us to use with a handy remote control - we loved having this available to us. The location is the star, though. From the back deck, we watched dolphins swim, boaters, jet-skiers, and of course - awesome sunrises and sunsets (the island is east/west). The community pool was actually nice and the walk to the beach is easy - although we highly suggest bikes for the quick dashes back to the house. There were some issues, but Sloane Realty addressed them. We have never stayed on the east end before and realized how deserted and quiet this side of the island can be. It is also great for running. We would certainly stay here again.
