Traditional oceanfront cottage on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach with plenty of parking. Enjoy the sights and sounds of Ocean Isle on the covered oceanfront porch or bask in the sun on either built in seating areas overlooking the dunes. This property is pet friendly and allows a maximum of 2 dogs with a non-refundable fee of $150.00 per dog.

  • Enclosed outdoor shower

Main Level:

  • Kitchen with standard appliances
  • Dining room table with seating for 6

  • Left street side bedroom with Queen bed, Double bed, TV and ceiling fan

  • Left oceanfront bedroom with Queen bed Double bed, TV, ceiling fan and deck access
  • Right street side bedroom with Queen bed, Double bed, TV and ceiling fan

Winter Rental Rates 2026/2027
$3900.00 per month - you must call our office on 866-931-5201 to inquire 
Monthly rentals available December 2026 – March 2027

Additional Program Fees:
$150 Reservation Fee
$45.00 Background check processing fee
$500.00 deposit for 30 day stay. $3900.00 Security Deposit for stays over 30 days.
$245.00 Departure Cleaning fee
Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, $200.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet.

Fireworks from the Deck
Summer Winds is just as depicted in the photos and description. It is an affordable, clean and comfortable option for a beach front home for a large family. I really appreciated the hard surface floors, clean appliances and generous laundry room. There is ample seating for a mutil-family meals around a large counter height table and an additional breakfast table. In all there is table seating for 14. The bedrooms and bathrooms have the traditional beach house layout, two bedrooms connected w small Jack and Jill bathrooms. The living space was also comfortable for our family if 10. Dunes are beautiful. If going in the 4th, you can see the fireworks from the deck.

Can't beat the view from this place. It is an older home, but worked well for our family. Would suggest that the rug in the living area be taken up. Looks like it has seen better days and needs to be washed. This is the second time staying in this house and we would definetly stay again. Next year isn't certain for our family or we would have grabbed it again for next year.

Love this older beachfront house. Brings back childhood memories. Plus, it’s pet friendly ??????. Love the new floors and new blinds. But I would suggest to not have any area rugs, just because of pets. Everything else is awesome!

Can't beat the location. Looking at that view each day was great. As an earlier review stated it is an older home - takes you back in time a bit. Was cozy and everything worked. Floor plan worked well for our family of 6 adults and two children. Would definitely stay again.
