Sunrise

Love this place. Perfect for family reunions, 6 bedrooms, 5 baths. The kitchen has everything you need, you bring the food. There is an oversized deck off the 2 primary bedrooms overlooking the ocean. The lower deck off the main level has an abundance of chairs to take in the ocean breeze. There is a huge fireplace, wet bar & a dining table that seats 10 persons & a breakfast bar that seats 4 persons. Room for everybody. The sofas & beds are comfortable. The gazebo is a great place to sit, read a book or take in the fabulous ocean views. We had a great time & will be back again.

Fantastic Ocean Front property with amazing beach views! Spacious upper and lower decks with great seating for big families. The inside is amazingly upgraded with a brand new kitchen and countertops. The appliances are amazing. The great 10+ dining room table is a plus for eating and playing games as a family. We love meeting the people in the other side of the duplex. Great restaurants and shopping minutes away along with being under 2 hours from Myrtle Beach is also a plus! The house is well maintained and a joy to come every year! Wonderful vacation in this oceanfront duplex. Extended family of seven adults and four kids (under five!!) enjoyed sun and surf in total comfort. Steps from the water. Solid walls for no-noise peace and quiet. Large porch and shared gazebo. Some of the utensils were sparse, like who doesn't have measuring spoons or a drainer to set wet plates on after washing? Plenty of pots. An abundance of flatware and glasses. Wet bar was GRRRREAT!! Two refrigerators in the kitchen area was a WONDERFUL plus with kids eating up a storm. Seating for ten at the table plus around the kitchen bar. The only blemish was a spot of mold on the ceiling in one bedroom (a little concerning!) PLUS, the toaster was dead and Sloan Realty provided a brand new toaster in fifteen minute after I called. Good folks. Good times. Great getaway for a fun week at the beach. Oh, and the beach itself...walk out a hundred yards and the water is below your knees. Great for kids.

This was a great place to stay! The only thing that would have made it better would be if they had a pool installed as the neighbors on either side of them do! It was very clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room! The pictures are not misleading at all! We had 5 adults and 4 children with plenty of room to spare. The only note I would make is that we didn't find a vacuum anywhere and the vent in the upstairs hall bathroom is on the ceiling so I guess the condensation from the air conditioner caused water droplets to form and could drip on you when washing your hands or getting ready.
