Inside, you'll love the unique split-level layout that stylishly separates the living and kitchen spaces while keeping everyone connected. Step outside to your private 12x24 pool (available for heating October through May for $100/day—please note that pool heat requests must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival to avoid additional service fees).
Pet-Friendly: Your dogs are welcome to join the fun for an additional non-refundable fee of $150 per pet.

• Living room and kitchen are large and have plenty of seating for all gatherings. 
• 1 bedroom with queen bed TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom with tub and shower
•  Washer and dryer are located in the hall with  common bathroom
• 1 bedroom with queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, access to common bathroom.

Second Floor

• 1 bedroom street side with queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom shower.
• 1 bedroom with two bunks (4) single beds, TV, ceiling fan, private bathroom shower.
• 1 bedroom with a queen bed and one bunk singles, TV, ceiling fan, and private bathroom shower.

Dog friendly $150.00 non-refundable pet fee per pet. 2 dogs maximum allowed.
