Relax and enjoy the Ocean Isle Beach views from the 2 front decks; upper deck access is from the Primary suite and from there you can see the marsh lands as well as the waterway. The backyard has a 12X24 salt water inground swimming pool with spa (spa can be heated for an additional cost of $75.00 per day), lounge chairs, picnic table, propane grill, mini kitchen with full size refrigerator, icemaker, and sink. The lounge sitting area has a mounted exterior 60-inch smart TV. The garage has been converted into a game room (access from backyard) complete with arcade style games, basketball toss, ping pong table, and Bistro table and chairs for indoor family time when the weather doesn’t cooperate. A mini-split AC unit keeps it cool on hot, humid days. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided.  The homeowner provides the vacationer with 1 golf cart (4-person) for use during your stay (minimum 7 days) from May 30-September 5 This is a smoke-free and NON pet friendly property.
