The first level offers an open floor plan featuring the living room, dining room, and a beautiful kitchen. There is also a cozy den that faces the street with a sofa and wall mounted TV perfect for the younger family members to hang out. Off the living room you will walk out onto a covered deck with comfortable seating overlooking the back yard and in ground swimming pool plus you'll be able to enjoy the gorgeous view of the ocean. Upstairs is your laundry room, a cozy window seat with plush pillows that makes the perfect place to curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and your bedrooms and main baths. All bedrooms offer a ceiling fan, smart TVs with streaming, and comfortable bedding. All bed linens and bath towels are provided and beds are made prior to each arrival. No kitchen or beach towels are provided so please ensure to bring your own. This is a non-smoking and no pets allowed rental home.
