This house does not look like pictures! It has some plus like being ocean front, well furnished kitchen but it would not be able to accommodate more than 4 adult comfortably and that’s pushing it. . It is not child friendly and has to much furniture that you can not move around in bedrooms that have queen size beds. It has splits in rooms for air conditioning that smell very musty. There is seating for 5 if small adults in living area but again lots of stuff on all the furniture that can’t be used because all the decorations…plants live(dead)and artificial and photos and things that try to make air smell good. The space is just cluttered with furniture that is not usable. I’m sorry for sounding negative but people need room to be able to walk around beds to get in them. My husband and I are not big people. Dinning table had so much stuff on it we had to put stuff on top of refrigerator. I have rented a lot of houses that have stuff for rainy day like puzzles,games or books but this house doesn’t have much but we were fine but if 10 people wanted to stay here they should look elsewhere. There are a lot of houses in OIB that offer for family friendly options. We had a nice time but it was jus two of us so it worked fo us but if your looking for a family house this is not for you. Parking is very limited.. 2 cars at most and not much room if you have big SUV. No other parking option except under house so Expedition type vehicle would be tight trying to get doors open . Laundry under house is ok but not great especially if a lot of people using it. You asked for review so I’m sorry if it’s not a great one. You should update photo !
