Happy Ours - This five-bedroom vacation beach house located on one of the canals is just steps away from a floating dock that is perfect for families who love to boat, paddleboard, fish, or crab. Bring the family boat and spend your days enjoying the Intracoastal Waterway or for those that love deep sea fishing the Atlantic Ocean is a short boat ride away. Sit back and relax on one of the multiple decks soaking in the sun and the fresh air. Don't forget the sunsets over the Intracoastal waterway. They are incredible and are the perfect photo opportunity. For the wine and coffee lovers in the family a new wine/coffee bar has been added complete with a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker. For your convenience an electrical outlet is available to charge your rented golf cart and is located on the back side of the house facing the canal. We understand how excited you are to get your vacation started quickly and the last thing you want to do is make all the beds. Luckily you don't want to have to stress about that!  All bed linens are provided, beds are made, and your bath towels are also included. Please note that no beach towels are included so be sure to bring your own."Happy Ours" will accommodate a total of 12 family members but only the 2 legged ones. Family pets are not allowed. • Dining area with seating
• Living Room with vaulted ceilings, LVP flooring, a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of seating. Direct access to street facing deck
• Bedroom with King bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, direct access to a cozy private screened in deck with seating, and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub, and standup shower
• Shared hallway bathroom with tub and shower combo
• Bedroom with Queen bed, ceiling fan, and a private half bathroom in room 

Second Floor:

• Bedroom with Queen bed, ceiling fan, direct access to small street facing deck with a couple of outdoor chairs
