Sit back and enjoy all the island offers on the large, screened in decks while watching over your group playing in the private pool. Just next to the private pool is a large outdoor stainless cooking center that is a perfect place to enjoy meals with the group. Find adventure exploring the waterway in the kayaks located just below the home. When the day is done and the group is gathered back together, the private game room will be the perfect place to cap the day off! This is smoke-free and NON pet friendly property.
The pool can be heated for $100 a day all year long. The private boat dock holds a 40'+ boat.
The homeowner provides the vacationer with 1 golf cart for stays from Memorial Day weekend thru October 1 (minimum stay 7 days).

This was our first time staying at this home and for a week we felt like we were living in paradise! The dual docks were great for fishing or just watching boats drive by and would be perfect for someone who brought or rented their own boat. The rooms inside the home were very spacious and the beds were super comfy, the kitchen was extremely well equipped for anything you would want to cook and it was so convenient to have at least one bathroom on each of the three levels. Sunrises were beautiful from the 2 upper patios and the additional screened porch was just one of the many added bonuses of this home. No matter which level you are on, the outdoor seating is plentiful. The private pool was perfect and refreshing (but would recommend to other renters that you spend the extra for heated pool if you like it very warm), and there was also an outdoor tiki bar and grilling area located right next to the pool. The owner was generous enough to offer a free golf cart rental during the time we stayed but if you like to walk, it was not a very far walk to the beaches.
