Charming, newly renovated, oceanfront, one bedroom, one bath condo just a few sandy steps from the beach.  A perfect get-away for a single or couple wishing to come to the beach and stay oceanfront!  Private patio faces the ocean allows you to enjoy your personal oasis free of crowds or even other guests staying in this small condo complex.  Walking distance to the Pier and OIB town center attractions such as ice cream shop, casual restaurants, mini golf, boutique beach shops, arcade and Museum of Coastal Carolina.  EV Charging including Golf carts, scooters, skateboards, etc. prohibited at this complex.  Nonsmoking.  No Pets allowed. There is no washer and dryer on the property.
