Welcome to the beach! This adorable canal front home is located close to the Concord St beach access and right in the center of the island - close to the shops, restaurants and fun!! This charming 4-bedroom 2-bathroom canal home has all the amenities you will need during your stay. A practical and functional kitchen along with an open living room to enjoy watching TV. All TV's have streaming capacity for guests to log in and stream their preferred apps. Bring your boat and fishing rods to fish from the canal or your private boat dock. During the early morning hours enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon relaxing on the canal facing deck. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. This property is smoke-free and NON pet friendly.

Perfect vacation getaway
My family had a wonderful vacation at Yaya’s house. The house was immaculate. The view of the canal and sunsets were breathtaking. Plenty of outdoor seating including hammock and rocking chairs. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook meals. Private outdoor shower was a huge plus. There was a perfect place to set up cornhole boards. Two minute walk to the closest beach access. My family highly recommends this rental.
