This condo is within walking distance to the beach and an oceanfront Tiki Bar. A lifetime of memories awaits you so get your bags packed and come spend some time in our little piece of paradise. Golf carts are allowed but limited to one golf cart per unit. There is a new dedicated electrical outlet for golf cart charging underneath in the parking area. Please do not block driveway and parking area with golf cart. No drop cords are allowed to charge the golf carts. Charger must be plugged into the electrical outlet. For your convenience all bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay along with the beds being made prior to your arrival. ** New for 2026** New sofa, love seat, and chair in living room. New 2" vinyl window blinds, and a new stainless steel dishwasher in kitchen. Kitchen was updated last year during the off season.

This was a great family beach rental. We had six people stay, including two couples, and the four bedrooms and four bathrooms provided ample space for all. The beds were nice and there were plenty of pillows. Linens already on the beds makes it so much easier on the first night. We loved not having to share bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the new appliances worked well. We have stayed in other rentals and the dishes and pots and pans were haphazard and in poor shape, that was NOT the case here. High quality items in every cupboard made cooking on vacation easy for a crowd including a nice crock pot. The kitchen sink is huge. There was also plenty of eating space for our group at the table or bar. The couches also seemed new and of high quality. The patio is larger than the pictures made it seem, which was a pleasant surprise. We loved watching the turtles in the pond behind the building. The A/C unit kept us nice and cool. The building was quiet and private even with six units in it. The only thing we missed was a pool closer to the unit. The community pool was just far enough away we felt we needed to drive and it was always packed with almost no shade. Overall, a well maintained, clean, and quality rental for a family.
