Beautiful modern end unit condo that is perfect for a couple or small family getaway. This oceanfront condo offers amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beloved Ocean Isle Beach Pier from its covered pocket porch. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes custom cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, under cabinet and LED ceiling lights, stack washer/dryer (HE detergent only). Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. Brand new tile shower, bamboo flooring throughout and ceiling fans add to the ambience of this unit. EVs are not permitted to park under the building and charging is not permitted. ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW GOLF CARTS, BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS.
