Welcome to Frogsong! This first floor side condo has an ocean view from the covered deck and is perfect for a small group in search of relaxation and direct oceanfront access. A Place at the Beach (located in Phase 2) has private dune walks to the beach. The direct ocean view makes for great sunrises and breezy evenings, and the walk to the strand is steps away. This property also has access to the community pool. Both TV's have streaming services such as Hulu, Disney, ESPN, Netflix, Amazon etc. Guests are required to use their own streaming accounts for access. There is a washer and dryer in one located in the storage closet inside unit for your convenience. A community coin operated washer and dryer is located in the pool house next to the pool. Parking is strictly enforced and is limited to 1 vehicle ONLY. A parking pass is required and must be displayed in the dashboard of every vehicle. All guests must obey these rules. Any violations and vehicle will be towed at owner's expense.
