Located in a second row complex, "Sand Villas", Just across the street from the public beach access. Convenient west side location, one mile from town center. Sand Villas Unit A-1 is just steps away from the ocean with a direct beach access and handicap ramp located immediately across the street.  This unit includes access to a community pool as well as shared community grills. Golf Carts are NOT permitted at this complex.  **Bring your own linens and towels for your stay**

Great Condo
This property was the perfect stay for our weekend! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything needed. I would definitely book again!

A+ Location
Great location for quick beach access. Pool area pleasant. Friendly unit owners. Busy public beach parking lot on the opposite corner. Check in/out convenient with key-less entry. Small kitchen; basically outfitted. Vintage decor throughout. Newer Armstrong floor in living areas. Bathroom #1 shower stall and bathroom #2 shower/tub combo. Good value! Hope to stay again in the future.
