Large and spacious 5-bedroom home located in the popular Summer Place community. This beautiful home features its own private pool, expansive back yard, rear sundeck, a front porch with rocking chairs, back deck overlooking pool, and a screened in porch off Primary bedroom. Under the carport is a beautiful sitting area for social gatherings. An easy 4 min walk to the beach, only 200 yards away! Once inside, you'll find an open concept living area with high ceilings and large windows throughout. All 5 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, ample counter space, and a large Island with 6 counter stools. A bright sunroom is right off the kitchen to relax and enjoy life. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. This is smoke-free and NON pet friendly property. Crow's nest is locked off and not intended for guest use.
