This 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom house has a pool, a private dock, and well-furnished decks to enjoy the views. Other amenities include a gas grill, tankless water heater, fenced yard, outside shower, paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles. Great room and all bedrooms have TVs, ceiling fans and exterior decks. Smart TVs for guest to login to their personal streaming accounts. Sleeps 10 - 11 comfortably. Pool can be heated for $100/day for the entirety of your stay (excluding Nov.-May). Please inquire when booking if you'd like the pool heated. Requested use of the elevator requires a $200 refundable fee.
