Welcome to “Intentionally Beached” in Starboard-By-The-Sea mid-island condo community.  This first-floor condo is located on 2nd Street with just a short, one block walk to the Starboard beach access. The community is also located on the Intercoastal waterway with boardwalks and tidal docks to put in your kayak/paddle board to navigate the inlets of Jinks Creek. Enjoy fun in the sun on the beach or sunbathe around one of the 3 community pools with one oceanfront. Test your skills on the one of the three private courts in a friendly game of tennis or pickleball. Use the provided bikes to take advantage of dedicated bike lanes on 1st Street for a 5 min (1.2 mile) bike ride to the center of the island for dining, putt-putt golf, marine museum, ocean pier, and community park with splashpad and playground facilities.
Within the unit, relax on the rear deck watching the wildlife around the pond or enjoy a restful front balcony view of a large, open field which is perfect for yard games, golf practice, or flying a kite. The field offers a great place for children to play outdoors within direct sight of the unit. The unit also includes the use of 2 adult cruiser bikes stored immediately below the unit. Your island vacation awaits you.  STRICTLY 2 PARKING SPACES ALLOWED. GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED BUT THE GOLF CART WILL COUNT AS ONE OF THE PARKING PLACES. NO DROP CORDS ARE ALLOWED TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS. IT IS A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.  NO BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS.  This a first floor unit not ground floor.   **Bring your own linens and towels for your stay**
