Spend the late afternoons on the covered deck overlooking Jinks Creek and be in awe as the sun goes down and glistens across the top of the saltwater marsh. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect spot to spend your vacation with your loved ones and create a lifetime of memories. Take advantage of high tide and try your crabbing or fishing skills off one of the private docks. Bring your own kayak or paddleboard and experience the scenery and local wildlife, or have a family cookout using one of the park style in ground charcoal grills. A short 5 minute walk to the public beach access and your toes are in the sand. This is what beach life is all about!  All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay and beds will be made prior to your arrival. No Pets Allowed and No Smoking.

$2760.00 per month - you must call our office on 866-931-5201 to inquire 
Monthly rentals available for specific months ONLY- September, October, November 2025 & May 2026

Linens not included for monthly rentals.

$45.00 Background check processing fee
$500.00 Security Deposit for 30 day stay.  $2760.00 Security Deposit for stays greater than 30 days.
