This inviting condo offers a beautiful and serene environment for a fun and relaxing vacation. The deck overlooks the gorgeous sound where you may enjoy the stunning views of sunsets and surrounding fascinating wildlife. A leisurely walk on the boardwalk is appreciated by all members of the family, where the floating docks provide direct access to the waterway for crab fishing, paddle boarding, or kayaking. The community offers three pools (open April 1st through October 1st) and three tennis courts. The beach access is located just a short walk away. The condo has an open floor plan with lots of light and has been updated to offer a comfortable and warm atmosphere along with its existing coastal charm.  This is a non-smoking unit and does not allow for pets.  ASSOCIATION DOES NOT ALLOW BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS, but golf carts are allowed and count as 1 vehicle.
This is a first floor unit not ground floor.
