Ruby's Roost is a fantastic beach house located on a canal and is within walking distance to the nearest public beach access as well as the center of the island. This rustic coastal themed home offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is a perfect rental home for families. Spend your days with your toes in the sand soaking up some rays and the late afternoons enjoying the fenced in entertaining area complete with a TV, a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a fire pit. If you are a boat lover the floating dock ensures you have a safe space to keep your boat during your stay. For your convenience blue ribbon service with linens and towels along with all the beds being made prior to your arrival takes the stress of arrival day away. This is a non-smoking. Please be aware guests do not have access to use the boat lift or the handicap outdoor lift.

• Large dining table with seating and 3 barstools at bar area
• Enclosed sunroom with barn doors for privacy, sofa, sliding glass door with direct access to the back deck 
• Back deck overlooking canal with seating options a portion of deck is partially covered with ceiling fan

Second Floor:

• Street facing bedroom with 1 queen, ceiling fan, TV, sliding glass door to access street facing deck with seating
• Shared hallway bath with tiled walk in shower, vanity with sink, extra storage cabinet
• Bedroom on the right with trapeze bunk bed with 1 double over 1 queen beds
• Primary bedroom overlooking canal on left with 1 king, ceiling fan, TV, large closet, wall mounted mini split AC, sliding glass door leading to small private balcony
• Ensuite bathroom with tiled walk in shower, tiled floors, vanity with sink, small storage area to right of toilet
