Welcome to the beach! This adorable canal front home is located close to the Concord St beach access and right in the center of the island - close to the shops, restaurants and fun!! This 4-bed, 2 bath home has great indoor and outdoor living spaces. The Primary bedroom features a King bed and private bath. On the main level, is two other bedrooms one with Queen bed and another with a King bed, and full bath for the main living area. Upstairs in the loft, you'll find a large bedroom with two Queen beds perfect for the kids! Each bedroom has a smart television. All TV's have streaming capacity for guests to log in and stream their preferred apps. Bring your boat and fishing rods to fish from the canal or your private boat dock. During the early morning hours enjoy a cup of coffee or afternoon relaxing on the canal facing deck. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The property has pillows and bed covers. Please note that dish towels and beach towels are not included. Paper goods and soaps for your entire stay are not included. A starter supply is provided. This property is smoke-free and NON pet friendly
