The floor plan features a spacious adjoining kitchen, dining and living area with a large television (You Tube TV) and French doors that open to a screened porch area with golf course view. The front bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo and has 2 queen beds television and a private bath. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining table for 5 and additional seating at the kitchen bar.  The second bedroom has 2 queen beds television, and a private bath with a wet bar, refrigerator, microwave and 2-seat bistro table.  The Champions at Sea Trail has an outdoor pool, hot tub and tables/chairs by the pool for guest use.

The community of  Sea Trail has a recreational facility available for guest use (free required) - The Village Activity Center.  The Village Activity Center provides indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & kiddie pool, poolside Tiki Bar Hut, Outdoor Volleyball, Breakfast & Snacks & Restaurant & Pub.  Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site.
