The beach condo is on the west end of the island and provides a relaxing and quiet get away.  The high rise condo provides an excellent view of the beach and waves as you sit on the balcony.  The living room and master suite have ocean front views.  The property also has a full size swimming pool and a nice wooden walk way to access the beach.

$45.00 Background check processing fee
$500.00 Security Deposit for stays less than 60 days. $3360.00 Security Deposit for stays greater than 60 days. 
$220.00 Departure cleaning fee

• Boats and Golf Carts are not permitted at this complex
