Large OCEANFRONT Condo. 2 bed/2 bath/sleeps 8.  ELEVATOR.  In the high rise building on the quiet and private west end of the island.  Spectacular views of the ocean from the large balcony off the living room and from the smaller, intimate balcony off the master bedroom.  3 POOLS: one large outdoor pool that is newly resurfaced and has plenty of lounge chairs; one large pool that is half outdoor/half indoor and sometimes heated during the off season; and a kiddie pool that is totally fenced.  Community charcoal grills are available for your use. Across the street, on the backwater area, you can fish from Ocean Point's private dock and watch the best sunsets on the island.  This Condo has a large living area with lots of light and comfortable seating and sleeper sofa. There is a fully equipped kitchen and seating at the bar counter and at a separate dining table.  The master bedroom has a king size bed positioned so you wake to gorgeous ocean views; then you can move to your private balcony for that first cup of coffee!  The adjoining master bath has a double vanity, and jetted tub; the shower and toilet are in a separate room. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with custom made bedding.  The large adjoining bathroom has a shower tub. Relax above the fray or ride the elevator down and be a part of it - it's your choice!! Golf Carts are NOT permitted at this complex.
