It is golf and beach time at this gorgeous ground level three bedroom/two and a half bath retreat in Sea Trail Resort at Sunset Beach!. The floor plan is an open concept featuring adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas.  The living area has a large television, gas fireplace, ceiling fan and French doors that open to a large, screened porch area with a golf course view. A convenient half bath is located in the hallway by the kitchen area. The utility room in the entry hall has a full-sized washer/dryer, vacuum, mop, broom and iron/ironing board for guest use. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo and has a queen bed and private bath with direct access to the screened porch. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There is a dining area with seating for four and additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar.  The second and third bedrooms are in the front of the condo and have a queen bed in one bedroom and a full bed in the other bedroom.  There is a full shared bath for these two bedrooms with a walk-in shower.  Osprey Ridge at Sea Trail is convenient to community amenities within Sea Trail and a short 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach.

The community of  Sea Trail has a recreational facility available for guest use (free required) - The Village Activity Center.  The Village Activity Center provides indoor pool & hot tub, outdoor pool & kiddie pool, poolside Tiki Bar Hut, Outdoor Volleyball, Breakfast & Snacks & Restaurant & Pub.  Use of the Village Activity Center is available for an additional minimal fee payable directly to the facility on site.
