Welcome to Island Style. This spacious oceanfront 6 bedroom, 5 bath beach house offers a reverse floor plan and a private oceanfront pool with a large sundeck and private wooden walkway to the beach. The sweeping ocean views from the living area and the oceanfront decks are incredible. Whether you are enjoying the morning sunrise or an evening sunset the views are sure to please. The outdoor pool may be heated for $75.00 per day October- May. It does require a minimum of 72 advanced hours notice to request the pool heat and must be heated the entire stay. This is a pet friendly property and there is a non-refundable pet fee deposit required of $150.00 and only 1 pet is allowed. For your convenience this is also a blue ribbon ready property and all of your sheets and towels are provided as well as all beds will be made prior to your arrival. No kitchen towels or beach towels are provided. Island Style will sleep up to 22 guests. No less than a 5 night rental is allowed year round. ALL TV'S are smart TV's. Streaming Services Only! Each TV does offer LIVE TV but no cable is provided. Guests will need to sign in with their own personal streaming accounts. NEW FOR 2026- New stainless appliances in kitchen as well as a new washing machine for the laundry room. Please be advised the 2 power reclining sofas in living room on the top floor are non operational and guests can not use the power reclining option.
